Sumon Biswas is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer and Data Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Iowa State University and was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University. His research operates at the intersection of Software Engineering and AI, with an emphasis on engineering responsible AI systems using both formal and empirical approaches.
